A Commissioned A4 Birthday Card for a policeman.

I made this card using 3 sheets of A4 Black card and scored 2 sheets in the centre lengthwise. I glued the two back folded sides to an A4 sheet to create an A4 bifold card.
I then took an A3 piece of white card and added that to the inside of the base card to create a white shirt
I decorated the outside of the card in a old style policeman. Cut the pockets from the same black card and the sleeve, adding the chain and buttons made this look fab
On the inside I added a grandad collar to the shirt complete with buttons. I also added a 'felt' collar and number to top of jacket.

This card was created for a friend at work. She wanted a girly, very religious Holy Communion Keepsake Card.

I glued 2 8x8 cards together at the centre panel and folded back the front to make a bi fold and then i shaped the top to give the image of a door. I covered the front and inside with pink marble paper. This gave a really soft look. I added handles, using left over panels from a kit and hinges, which were cut off corners from a spellbinders die and white tassels. I then added a greeting.
Inside, I decorated the side panels with religious images which were layered onto foil card. I colour changed the images to a pink hue to blend with the rest of the card. On the centre panel I mounted a bible verse onto foil card, the shape is a spellbinders die, and then made a cross from left over panels from a kit and added a die cut flower and a pearl. I covered the die cut bible in pink stickles glitter glue.
I constructed an 8x8 box and decorated it to match the card
Oh my! I've joined the world of blogging! About time i say.
